AK Electrical

 

has been established over 13 years and has gained a wealth of experience in high quality installations working on jobs to include Harrods (and internal stores), Harvey Nicholls, Fenwicks, Berties Shoe Shop, Nine West, Bentalls, Prince of Saudi Press Office, and Lord Philamore trust's rental properties to name a few.

 

During this period we have had the pleasure of working on a number of TV Adverts to include Lynx and Electrolux, as well as various west end productions, the latest being Hairspray's external lighting.

 

We have also worked with numerous established Architects to produce some stunning domestic installations all over West London, becoming specialists in refurbishing period properties.

 

From this we are forever improving our installations to keep up with technology, constantly changing regulations and for the best

interests of the properties we are working in. We have also built up a team of reliable, quality contractors to provide specialist services to us, these includes security contractors, aerial and satellite installers, neon sign installers and lighting designers.  

 

We have been a NICEIC approved contractor since 2004 and have been a Domestic Installer (Part P registered) since the beginning of 2006. We have since become part of the governments trust scheme that reflects our fair pricing whether we are working in a bed sit or multi-million pound mansion.

 

On a green issue at AK Electrical we have been recycling for over 10 years starting with just office paper and cardboard making trips to the paper bank regularly, luckily now due to the high volume it now gets picked up.

 

Over this period we have considerably reduced our carbon footprint by recycling all cardboard, paper, metals, wood, glass, fabrics, food, green waste, plastics (01 and 02) and waste sacks, and are constantly looking for ways to improve.

 

We also do our best to minimise on using electricity (office, home, stores or clients properties), paper, ink, fuel, gas and deliveries. Our vehicles are run with no surplus tools or materials to cut down on fuel consumption.

 

In March 2009 we were awarded for these efforts Richmond's Go Green Merit award.
